Arkadiy is from a tribal culture that speaks an unknown language and uses futuristic versions of primitive wepons, such as his favorite, an electrified mace, the mace becomes superheated due to the electric current and upon contact, it crushes bone, burns skin, and send an incredibly large amount of electricity through someones body. although here dipicted with a spear, that is just what a soldier would wear for ceremonial purposes, while the shield is used as well

Arkadiy is a quiet person with a tendancy to pick favorites. he love to pilot aircraft is friendly, however, unless being spoken directly to, will just be in the background listening. he's a fighter and will protect someone he likes with his best of efforts, even to the point of fainting from exaustion (you thought I was going to say death, but then I wouldn't have a character). he is beyond normal intellegence but not a genius he also has natural abilities such as superior dexterity, ability to scale most slopes, and increased jumping ability (if fox could jump 2 feet in the air he could jump 3.5)
